About Kelly

I majored in Business Administration at the University of Florida with a minor in Costume Design. I learned so much in the theater department about time period research, sketching, patterning, cutting, sewing, dyeing, and stage makeup and hair. I assisted in costume production for Pride and Prejudice, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and West Side Story and worked backstage as a dresser during West Side Story.

I've lived in Florida my whole life and currently live in Tampa with my husband Chris and our orange tabby cat Leopold.

I love animals! I'll go completely out of my way to ask to pet a dog and I will sleep in the most uncomfortable position just so Leo is comfy. We always had adopted and rescued pets growing up and I think that their unconditional love really makes a house a home.

I have a ridiculous collection of mugs. There's one for every mood and every holiday! Gifting mugs was a love language between my mom and me. 

I'm a Swiftie! My first tour was 1989 and we've been lucky enough to go to the Reputation and Eras tours too. We do pretty elaborate Halloween decorations and the 2024 theme was Spooky Eras Tour!

I love sports. I'm a Tampa Bay Lightning fan and a loyal Gator alumna. I played soccer from elementary to high school and dabbled in volleyball in high school.

I try to workout or move intentionally every day. Pilates, strength training, and spin are my favorite at the moment. I've run a handful of half marathons and I did my first and only marathon so far in NYC in 2022.

I love all things fashion! Couture season is my favorite! I was lucky enough to see the Golden Age of Couture exhibit in Nashville with my mom and the Valentino: Themes and Variations exhibit in Paris at the Louvre. On our last trip to Paris we went to La Galerie Dior it was so gorgeous!
