Shipping

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are reviewable before your order is placed.


Tracking numbers will be provided for First Class Mail and Priority Mail.


*Please allow 3-5 business days for US mug orders to ship.*


*Currently, our phone cases take 5-7 business days to ship.*

*Note that tumblers take 3-5 business days to ship and 5-7 business days to be delivered within the United States.*


*International orders can take anywhere from 10-40 business days to be delivered depending on the country and its postal service.*
 

Rush Orders

If you need an item shipped more quickly, an additional fee may be charged for the rush. Please send an email to info@kellyelizabethdesigns.com or use the Contact Us page before you complete your order detailing the item or items you wish to purchase and how quickly you need them. If our schedule allows us to meet your needs you will receive a confirmation message from us.

 

Returns & Exchanges

***If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect please let us know within 5 days and we will do our best to correct it as soon as possible. ***

***Mugs, tumblers, and phones cases are not eligible for return or exchange. Prints may be exchanged on orders within the United States.***

*We are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders unless there is a quality issue or a mistake on our part has been made.*

Please note that we're only able to offer exchanges on prints ordered within the United States at this time. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of a print exchange.

To exchange a print, please send the original print ordered and the order receipt with a note of which print you would like to exchange it for.

An email will be sent to the email address on file once we’ve received and processed your exchange.

If there is a price difference between the item being sent back and the desired item, the balance must be settled before the desired item is sent.
